We have observed a dynamic development of digital radiology worldwide (PACS, RIS systems) as well as enormous progress in the field of computerization of the hospitals as a whole (HIS systems) in recent years. The strength of new technologies is determined by such aspects as: new possibilities of X-ray image processing, easy archiving, the possibility of data transfer between many computers in the network, the possibility of simultaneous viewing of the image on many workstations. These aspects inspired us to start the production of DICO computer medical stations for operating rooms.

Appropriate hardware and software are essential for a digital image to be displayed and visually proper. In operating theaters, hospital wards, clinics or treatment rooms - very often installing a computer is very difficult, and sometimes even impossible. Trying to solve this problem, we present you an integrated solution - DICO digital images viewing stations - devices combining a traditional negatoscope and a digital medical image viewing station (a medical computer with a reference medical monitor). These are high-quality computer medical stations that make diagnostics much easier.
